Using RandoPlay
By using the site, visitors agree to these terms. RandoPlay is a free random discovery interface for browser-playable third-party games.
Third-party games
Games and embeds may come from third-party publishers, platforms, or legal embed sources. RandoPlay does not own those games and does not control their availability, compatibility, ads, purchases, content, or policies.
Source rules and embed permissions
Visitors and site operators must respect the rules of the original game source. RandoPlay should only list games when the source and embed rights are traceable. The site must not remove, hide, or interfere with attribution, copyright notices, links, or ads inside embedded games.
No accounts or purchases
RandoPlay does not currently provide accounts, user uploads, comments, rankings, subscriptions, or direct payments. If a third-party game contains ads or purchases, those are handled by the third party.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to break embeds, scrape aggressively, attack the service, upload malware, impersonate others, or use the site in a way that violates law or third-party rights.
Availability
Games may be removed, become unavailable, fail to load, or change without notice. RandoPlay may remove or update any listing at any time.
Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." RandoPlay makes no warranty that games will be safe, available, error-free, suitable for all users, or compatible with every device.
Copyright complaints
Copyright owners can request removal through the DMCA / copyright removal page.
Changes
Terms may be updated as the site evolves.
