MECCHA CHAMELEON splits players into Hiders and Seekers. Seekers win by finding everyone before the time limit. Hiders survive by turning their plain white bodies into part of the stage.
Color is only the first layer. A convincing disguise also needs the right position and pose. A good paint job in an implausible location still gives the player away.

Pick the spot, then paint
Decide where you will settle first, then paint to match that exact surface instead of painting first and hunting for somewhere that fits.
Match brightness, not just hue
The right color in the wrong shade still stands out. Compare how light or dark your paint looks against the wall around you.
Freeze when a Seeker is close
Movement is the fastest way to blow a good disguise. Hold position until the search moves away.
Let the clock work for you
Hiders win when time expires, and Seekers rush as the limit approaches. Staying calm through the final stretch wins rounds.
Seeker tactics
Sweep in passes
Cover the stage in systematic sweeps instead of random checking, so no corner goes unsearched while the clock runs.
Compare repeated props
When the stage reuses the same object, compare the copies. A slightly different color, angle, or position can expose a painted player.
Use your peripheral vision
A Hider adjusting position is easiest to catch at the edge of your view. Keep scanning wide instead of staring at one spot.
Recheck the boring spots
As time runs low, revisit the most ordinary-looking areas. The safest-looking wall often hides the most confident Hider.
