Freddy waits inside Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria, the new point of interest that sits just northeast of Nightmare Neighborhood and southeast of Pac-Man Island on the Chapter 7 map. Head into the building and check the right side of the stage. Foxy the Pirate stands on the same stage, so approach carefully or you will pull both bosses at once.
